  Very disappointed in the stylist I was set up with. She seemed to have no idea what she was doing or how to talk or listen to a client. I have no idea if she even knew what I was hoping for. After a super weird, unprofessional conversation she had with another stylist directly behind me, my gut said “get out!” The second stylist was getting very rude with my stylist. Conversations like this should not be done in front of a client and only reinforced that my stylist didn’t know what she was doing. She came back saying it was more money for this and that... there was so much miscommunication and such a weird vibe with both of these stylists, I left.

  I went to Chatters for the first time yesterday and had my hair cut by Rene. I absolutely love my new hair and she was wonderful! The store is beautiful, and I would absolutely recommend. I'll be going back to see Rene when it's time for a redo!!

  Unfortunate since the first three people I dealt with (2 at the desk and a mature woman hairdresser) seemed lovely.

  Had my hair done back in September.. Spent a fortune on my hair to leave absolutely disappointed. My previous stylist had just given up styling..So I was very nervous to go to someone new.. The stylist I was set up with seemed to have no idea what she was doing..Even though I showed her a picture of what I was wanting to achieve the cut and colour was not even close.. Even though I asked her multiple times about her colouring procedures.. She even had to have her work checked by a co-worker.. What the hell was that for. I walk out of the salon feeling and looking like Ronald Macdonald... And $165.00 less in my pocket. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.. Hopefully they have more competent stylists working there now. Buyer beware!!!

  Went in to have my hair colored. Great experience, i had Brittnee as my stylist. She listened to exactly what I asked for, took her time and made sure she did a great job. I was brought tea while I waited for my hair to take.

  I went to donate my hair. My hairdresser was inexperienced despite telling me they understood leading to an awkward experience. She cut an extra 2 inches off of my hair in the front so now it looks like a step. I asked for a blunt cut so everything should have been even. I thought it was a simple request.. guess not
