  Without question one of the Best Salon in the city!! I have been attending their Salon since I moved to Hamilton area their staff is professional and are experts in their field. If you are looking for an updated cut, color or style stop by their location. It's a Beautiful looking Salon Bright and Spacious and not to be missed they also have an Amazing spa :)

  The reason a gave 2 stars was because I have had consistently good experiences upstairs at the Spa when I've had eye brow waxings.

  Very inconsistent experience each time. Receptionist doesn't think that it's her job to keep you informed that your stylist is running a half hour behind. I'm not sure what her job is exactly because she didn't even offer me a seat or a coffee while it seemed like others waiting all had something. She was more concerned about her ridiculous looking eyelash extensions and what she was going to order for her lunch than whether I needed a coffee or somewhere to sit with my 2 preschoolers. I thought aveda salons are supposed to have the same experience and offerings across salons. Not this one!

  The salon is beautiful and they maintain a high level of infection control procedures. I did feel that for the price I did not get the wow factor that I do at many much less expensive salons. Also I had a gift card which they said had been used. It has been in my dresser since I received it. They were going to look into it for me. That was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I went there because I had a gift certificate so having to come up with $120.00 when I felt the $100 gift card should have sufficed was an unpleasant surprize.
