  It would be difficult to ask for a better suited bike shop in a downtown core. The staff is knowledgeable and when they are outside their comfort zone they let you know, that way you can make the decision for yourself about how to proceed. They hold a decent enough range of products, perfect for the urban cyclist and their prices are competitive with the bigger stores in the Hamilton/Burlington area. They understand the value of customer care but they also won't sugar coat it for you, just simple and sincere service, a rarity these days.

  They don't work on bmx's I find this to be very discriminatory. I am a paying customer and they turned me down for the fact I ride bmx that's ridiculous. All I need is some grease and a true but that's to complicated for them.

Totally recommend anyone to go to Bike Hounds. Was a great experience. They listened and took the time and really cared! Great people and Great bike shop!

  First of all, the prices here are some of the cheapest I have found for service. Secondly, the guys doing the service are great at explaining options and making suggestions. Third, this is a local independent business, support these guys is supporting your community!
