  I went into the store. It was very quiet. Not a lot of customers. I asked a lady on the upper level if the only spot for plus size stuff is on the other side of the escalator on the upper level because I didn't have much time to search the whole store for other stuff (Considering there is A LOT of stuff.) She slowly looked up from her papers. She looked me up and down before she replied, like she was analyzing me. I waited for a response and she just nodded. I thanked her and went to check it out. I found something really cute, so I grabbed it and went downstairs to try it on. I waited by the change rooms to go in. A guy that works there huffed and rushed over in a hurry and asked me how many items I had without looking at what I had. He rushed me into the room me opened and then he just left. I tried the stuff on but I was more than upset and didn't bother buying it. It's a shame because the top was really cute. I put it back on the hanger and left it on the rolling rack and left. Horrible service. This is my worst experience so far. I have worked in retail for 5 years and never would I treat a customer this way. Forever 21 is a disappointment and I don't know why I go in there with high hopes.

  Do employees not know how to greet customers anymore? We left without making a purchase, and won't be returning.

  poor customer service, i called and gave the product code to put an item on hold and didnt get a call back.

  I walked in with my wife to do some shopping. We saw a staff member folding clothes near the entrance, she glanced over at us, and went back to folding. A moment later, the same staff member walked by, looked at us again without saying anything, and continued on.
