Self representing an application for judicial review of an unsubstantiated police complaint was more difficult than trying to understand legaleese. First, my application was dismissed with me being unable to find legal advice or representation. When I attempted to self represent in a request for an extension, court staff put my long motion on a short list, and the justice didn't have time to review the materials.... so I had to find my way from Kitchener to Hamilton yet again. I've been a recipient of ODSP since the altercation with police in the lobby of child services, and my vehicle was impounded while I was incarcerated. The justice did not have consideration of the evidence I've spent years accumulating, and dismissed the application against the Office of the Independent Police Review Director (because the investigative report was conducted by Waterloo Regional Police, and WRPS had not been properly served in the request for extension)

Hopefully I dont catch any more charges going forward, my street-forged heart can handle only so many of the homies being taken away because of me. This justice system really brings out the 21 Savage in all of us.

I re-filed an application against WPRS, and court staff returned my application citing no right to seek a review of an investigative report conducted by a sergeant.

A separate OIPRD complaint which had been screened out, was served on the OIPRD, and filed in Kitchener court with the manager of accessibility services. I received notice from OIPRD council, that the materials had never arrived in Hamilton. Kitchener assures the materials were sent via Purolator. Hamilton has never responded as to where those materials ended up. No point to re serve and file now as the summary conviction appeal for the charges related to the complaint is being heard this Friday in Kitchener. (based on the officers misrepresentation of direct quotation, and refusal to provide a notice of trespass)

Needed a restraining order they closed their doors and locked them as I was at the door at 4:54 pm. Government business are funny. Tax payers pay good money and your workers make good money. Least you lazy people could do is work until your closing time. People don't usually use court services because they want to. Useless court house in a useless city

Free the homies in the pen! They aint did nothin wrong. He was just flexing on the 'gram showing off his glocks and his Marilyn Monroe stash. Ya'll didn't need to raid his house, u didn't need to do him like dat. You guys even dropped my trafficking charges after I acted as your informant on the homie. Ya'll really didn't need to put me in a position like dat.
