  Had a filling done here. 2 weeks later - the pain is still there. They tell me to wait. 2 months later - same thing. 8 months later, they tell me that I need a root canal to get rid of that pain. Instead i find another dentist to get a second opinion. He instantly finds and fixes a problem and I didn't have to do the root canal. Later I book a teeth cleaning with this office and inform them that I have a new dentist now. Office clerk tells my wife that I can't do the cleaning here and have another dentist. Then she calls my new dentist to tell them the same thing. Somehow through the insurance company she finds out what procedures I'm getting done at the new dentist's and when I come in for the cleaning, offers me to switch back to their dentist or get out. Basically she explains to me that either they get all money from my insurance (xrays, check ups, fillings) or I need to find another place to clean my teeth (that's after 4 years of cleaning teeth with the same person!). So if I don't buy from them what I don't want, they will not provide any service at all. I guess it is a private and very profitable business, and that's why it can afford to treat customers this way. PS: they also have super annoying appointment reminder procedure.
