  Not only that... the return policy is even worse, i pay near full price for a polo robe and hilfiger pants and then one month later there both on half price! And they wont reemburse me for the 50% off price. What a rip off!

  Was helped by such a nice sales lady. She even brought my purchases to the door in a cart while I pulled my car around! I only wish they had shopping carts for the patrons. I would have bought more! (My husband is grateful for the lack of carts

  If you end up coming here, don't use the washroom. It hasn't been renovated in it seems like 25 years. I've been in washrooms that are cleaner and in better shape in a New York subway station. The taps are so stiff you can barely turn them on, and there is offensive graffiti plastered all over the stalls. Stay away. Not to mention they are disgustingly dirty.

  This store is pathetic. I stood around mid day on a tuesday, waiting to find one of the hidden workers.. they play wheres Waldo in this place apparently, its like a giant game of hide and seek. Hier more employees into your multibillion doller industry if you have 20 people standing around waiting to be served.

  Went to buy some decent boots and dress shoes. Stood around waiting for a employee for a few minutes because they had only display models out and no access to different sizes for customers. When someone finally came around, he got me one size quickly from the back and vanished. Not entirely his fault, they were understaffed. But why the Hell don't they have any of their stock out for customers to try on? I was ready to spend probably over $200 but wanted to try on a few pairs and feel them. Instead I walked out and will go elsewhere. How do they expect customers to buy from them if they don't have any access to their merchandise? Terrible experience.
