  I always go to Canada Computers when I buy computer parts. But I try to avoid this location. Apart from the one gentleman in the far back doing the repairs everybody else in the store is a little bit rude and unknown eligible of their products. I was asking about Corsair water cooling and nobody could tell me about it. Another time I was asking about a system case and they did not know how it was RGB like it was claiming to be. Seems to me like management should be sitting down with the employees and discussing this matter. It doesn't look good if you don't know what you're selling. The gentleman in the back with the circuit board tattoo on his arm is very knowledgeable and very polite. They have a good stock of computer supplies and they are close to my home. That's about it customer service could be improved

  employees are always friendly and helpful! Got a system built employee was helpful and service centre was extremely quick in building my computer

  Knowledgeable staff at this and the Mountain locations. I've been shopping at Canada Computers since my first build in the early 2000's at what I believe was their first store in Toronto. Prices continue to be competitive but (be aware that) they do not price match online competitors in-store.

  Fantastic experience today - knowledgeable and helpful staff at the Dundurn location, especially the man who finally sold me my hp laptop. Quick, friendly service, no overselling, very honest, and broke everything down for me with my modest budget in mind. LOVE my new laptop, and managed to save all my files from my old one. HIGHLY recommend this place. I will be back often.

  Great selection and prices. Sales people were not the most helpful, so make sure you know what you are shopping for.
