    Do not buy big ticket items here. They do not return open products even though apple does. My first question to the customer service agent was what is the difference from buying here or at an apple store, and they lied straight to my face said 'nothing'. I had purchased an apple watch as a gift, and the CSR new this, and did not warn me AT ALL that if the box is opened they will not return it. I had to pay a restocking charge just to get SOME of my money back. The manager also tried to play it up like he was doing me some sort of favour????? The watch had barley been touched and was out of the box for three hours at most. Apple will take back opened products within 14 days, don't risk it. Buy straight from apple.

    Why does this store feel like Service Ontario, I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes and still no one had greeted me or even asked if i needed any help.

    Awesome customer service!! Went in for a battery replacement and was helped immediately. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back for all my iPhone needs.

    like most other reviewers on here, I agree that this store is horrible. the staff are rude and extremely in knowledgeable, as every question i has about a computer they had to look up. they’ll lie to people and say they’re the same as an apple store, which is the furthest thing from the truth. they have a few people that can do repairs and the rest are ignorant sales staff. The managers are fairly useless in problem solving, and will make it seem like a favour to return an opened product (less a silly restocking fee... it’s 2018, really?) . do yourself the favour and follow the advice of many before you, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS, HEAD TO AN ACTUAL APPLE STORE

    Unlike many Apple stores, the people at Jump+ are very friendly and knowledgeable. They put the customer first are quick and efficient. Minimal to no wait times, quick turn over, and same prices. They are Apple Authorized so most issues you can bring to them without making the trip out to Burlington for longer wait times and lesser customer services. A+.
