  But they were both wrong. No damage, just lint that once cleared the phone worked fine. But that was on my 4th repair quote! I was going to repair shops because THEY wrongly declared the problem and further blamed it on me.

  Employee looked at my phone and declared the charging port was loose from wear and tear. I'd only has it 8 months & it should have been covered for a year. Manager comes and declares such wear my fault and refused to fix. Said I should have taken extra coverage.

  They refuse to stand behind their products, preferring to lie and declare conclusions when they obviously don't have a clue. That is deceptive and potentially costly.

  I had purchased a pair of beats headphones from them about 9 months ago and had a warranty issue, I was informed by the staff that as I was still within the first year of purchase I had to deal directly with apple, although they could not help me in store the manager was very helpful and compassionate in understanding my issue, he seemed like he genuinely cared about me and informed me as to how I could contact apple, even going as far as to find me their customer care number, I will definitely be coming back to this location

  came in for a router for my internet and staff mentioned to me about bell home services and was very knowledgeable. Ended up spending more money than I had to with other providers! staff helped me kill two birds with one stone

  Currently in the process of making my home a smart home. picked up the google home, Phillips hue lightbulb and a brand new smart TV! manager knew a lot about what he was talking about and now im just waiting for more tech to come in! :D
