  I visited Visions Electronics on a Sunday, January afternoon. I was VERY impressed with the customer service. I was told they were shorthanded but I totally understood that. They had great prices. I felt absolutely no pressure into buying an item I didn't want. I was told of a cheaper alternative as well. Wow. They went between customers answering all questions asked of them. Gave each person time to make up their mind on their purchases.... or, potential purchases! Both gentlemen were super friendly and polite, even under a bit of pressure of many customers. Always smiling. Manager Akshar Sharma and assistant manager Ken Holman. I highly recommend shopping in this store for all your electronic purchases. They had stuff for your car and home. I'll definitely be back! Thanks gentlemen.

  Forget Best Buy. Forget Amazon. This is a great business model. Staff are extremely knowledge and friendly. And the prices are right. How do they even do it? I got electrical work done on my car at this place and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I called to make an appointment, got an estimate, the work was done to an A+ level, and the price was exactly as promised. I cannot recommend this place enough. Go there and give them your business and you will not regret it.

  Came in looking to pick up a brand new TV, with no idea what to get. Ken helped me find something for an incredible price, and get everything set up and ready to go! His customer service was fantastic, and the only problem I have is that I'll have to go more often!

  I met with Alex who works in car audio and he was amazing... Very patient, took the time to explain everything and I had a great outcome when it came to my car audio installation. I had a great experience in the Heartland location as well because the car audio guys are very knowledgeable. This whole chain has Superior customer service and I'd recommend it to anyone.

  Very welcoming shopping environment with helpful and patient employees who are always willing to help you in choosing the right product within your preference range. Definitely would refer this store to anyone looking for something Visions can offer. This store would be the first place in mind if I need something they have. Overall, keep up the good work!
