  EDIT: I received an apology in addition to a full refund for my order. Considering the circumstances, this was fair compensation for the inconvenience. I would recommend Edna Miller and will reconsider my decison to avoid giving them my patronage.

  I placed an order for delivery over a week in advance, only to have the order mistakenly cancelled for another. Had I not called to inquire as the status of my order on the day of required delivery, it would not have ordered. Luckily, I caught them in time and it was delievered, but I was not offered anything for the mistake. I feel it would have been good practice to offer a free upgrade or discount to the original order, but that's just me. Good reviews brought me here, but I doubt I will risk it again. On a different note, the delivered bouquet was well put together, so at least that was a positive.
