  They're very easy to get hold of by email. I really appreciate that Mike responds personally (and promptly!) by email when I place an order, and any time there's been a kink in the plans or I've asked for a last-minute adjustment he's been super friendly and accommodating. I'm basing this on at least five separate orders over the years. Five thumbs up!

  I have been ordering flowers from Holden's for years to send my mother in Dundas flowers for her birthday (I live 9 hours away).
