  Absolutely Gorgeous!! Joanna thank you! The floral spray for my grandmother's casket was so beautiful (very full with red roses, orchids and calla lilies). Each of the other arrangements you developed were stunning (large, full, and well designed). Thank you again for the detailed attention and care taken in their creation. Much appreciation.

  I ordered flowers for a co-worker. When they arrived, someone took a picture of her getting them and sent it to me. When I saw what she received I was so embarrassed-the arrangement was much smaller than pictured on the website. I called to voice my disappointment. Unfortunately I was offered a number of excuses ranging from a different vase being used to the fact that "the picture on the website was taken by a professional and my photo was taken with a small camera". The final insult was being told that that particular arrangement was "very difficult to make so they would probably be removing it from their site". The owner did ask what she could do to fix things for me, and offered to take some money off my bill. I appreciated the gesture, but what was done was done, and I was very embarrassed with what my co-worker received, definitely not what I thought she would be getting. Will not be ordering from them again.

  Ordered the Teleflora's Exotic Grace as an arrangement for a funeral. It was the most beautiful arrangement I have seen in a long time. It arrived on time even though I ordered it late the previous day. Will certainly order from Joanna's again. thank you - from Darlene
