  Received a call this morning, apologizing for the error last week. Shaver's assured me that they will send something additional on my mother's birthday and the balloon will be included. Mistakes happen...but customer service is important!

  Ordered flowers for my sisters 65th birthday.They were delivered the next day Oct.12 and are amazing!.well worth the price. I have always used Shavers Flowers. They originally did my flowers 30 years ago for my wedding! Thank you .

  I have ordered flowers from Shaver's in the past and received fairly good service so I ordered from them again this Mother's Day. I ordered an expensive arrangement... mostly of tulips. My Mom hadn't even had the flowers for a few days and the tulips were sagging over. She called the shop and was told to cut the stems shorter. For a $125 arrangement, the flowers should last more than 3 days and if they don't... maybe the shop should have used a different vase or arranged them differently so they didn't sag right away. It shouldn't be up to the customer to fix it. I won't order from there again. Too expensive with poor customer service.

  I live just a block from this flower shop and i needed a last minute flower arrangement for an occasion and i was not disappointed. Walked in to friendly staff and into a very clean a welcome arrangement. The staff was eager to help. With no previous booking, i was able to walk out with some beautiful flowers!

  The flowers for my daughter's wedding were absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. Our consultant spent the time to offer suggestions and made up a quick bouquet of what she thought we were imagining and it helped so much to visualize our concept. The flowers at the altar took my breath away and lasted for 2 weeks after the wedding. I found Shavers Flowers very competitively priced, their service impeccable and their arrangements simply gorgeous!
