  On the wedding day I had a meltdown from stress and a lady from the store came all the way back and decorated the cages for me extra at no extra cost. I never did apologize to her but they are very accommodating and go above and beyond.

  We have been using this florist for a number of years. We live out of town. We call, provide a price point and type of arrangement, and they do the rest. The flowers have always been delivered on time and of a great quality. The staff are always friendly, courteous and polite. Our go to florist!

  I live in Vancouver and I used the services of Westdale Florist to order an arrangement for a funeral taking place in Hamilton. It came highly recommended by a family member who resides in the vicinity. Their website and online order form are very user friendly and their customer service is excellent. The Delivery Fee scale is very fair and it was a bonus to not be charged for delivery. I will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend this florist.

  Often when I read an overwhelmingly positive review onine I tend consider if the person is somehow related or connected to the business. We first would like to put a disclaimer that neither I nor my Husband had any connection to Westdale Florist….We shopped around, and for us Westdale Florist was by far the best choice. We cannot say enough great things about Westdale Florist. Rosanna was always friendly, courteous and helpful from the first appointment. They did flowers for our wedding and we were thrilled with the result. The bouquets were gorgeous, full, and exactly what I had envisioned. Westdale florist has the best prices and customer service of any florist in Hamilton. 11 out of 10!

  I've gone in here several times. I went in there and a lady approached me and I said I was browsing and wanted to pick out a small bouquet. She only asked me my budget and then started grabbing flowers. Didn't ask who it was for, or what it was for. Then quickly she said oh so I'll grab greenery and then we're good to go. And I said no, as the bouquet was pink and the flowers were for a man. She quickly swapped them out, and rang me up. Perhaps I was not stern enough, but I left upset because I personally wanted to pick out the flowers for it. I am not a fan of what she picked out. Perhaps they should ask customers what they would like instead of just trying to get it done as quick as possible.
