Very nice facility but they do lie publicly as they advertise they are best in Hamilton by winning 2017 The Spec Readers Choice Awards as official winners in 4 categories, but in reality they have not even placed in top 5 in these 4 categories: Funeral Home, Cemetery, Funeral Director and Bereavement Counseling categories. False advertising and misleading the general public is beyond unprofessional.

Cannot express how great and professional the staff and facilities are. Everyone is so attentive, respectful and empathetic. They truly treat and see you as family. They go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and receive exactly what you ask for. Thank you to everyone at Bay Gardens for everything, specific thanks to Trevor and Christopher.

Excellent place! Very friendly and accommodating staff! Cassandra was very understanding and explained in details the pricing. Great facility from the other 2 that we took a looked at.
