  A table we had purchased had minor surface damage on one edge. Technician was scheduled within a week, arrived on time and affected a repair that was essentially invisible. Very happy

Francis and his partner did an excellent job bringing in and setting up my furniture even with the tight opening they had to bring my furniture thru.   You need to look around. There are a lot of other furniture stores and with a little work you can find one that carries the same product at a cheaper price and willing to work for our business.

  He came to where we were sitting and introduced himself as Terry the manager. He looked at me and said “that is the price. We don’t discount our prices” turned and walked away. He was also very considering in his approach.
