    This Brick has by far the worst customer experience. I will never purchase anything from any Brick ever again. Khan the sales manager who claims to have been working with the brick for 17 years is extremely unprofessional, rude, and doesn't return calls.

    So we were met by MANY salespeople when we entered the store, we settled on a gorgeous bedroom set, great price, sales guy was very nice, not pushy. We were told it could be up to 21 days to get our furniture. Well we got a partial delivery, missing the dresser , not told when we would get it, just it was on back order. We called a few times, still on back order, no date. Asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call us back that night, no one did. Called again told that they were expecting it to be delivered to them on Oct 26th and when I said that we should receive some sort of compensation for this we were offered a $50 gift card, no reason why the manager didn't call. Called today, still waiting for it to get to warehouse, no reason why we weren't notified that it still wasn't in. Its been about 7 weeks at this point, what good is a gift card when I will likely NEVER order anything from here again? I get things happen "beyond their control" but COMMUNICATE with your customers, don't make me have to keep calling, APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience. Obviously customer service STOPS at point of sale.

    I ordered a dishwasher here. They sent me the wrong dishwasher. When I called the sales representative admitted he ordered the wrong one. The best they could do was make me wait another 10 business days for another one to come in, even though I already waited 2 weeks for the first one. Untop of it he left it at my house despite promising he would have someone come pick it up. I received no phone call, no message in my answering machine from them. I called multiple times looking for khan, however he was always busy or had just left for the day. Finally being frustrated with a huge dishwasher sitting in a box in my kitchen I could not use, I finally settled with the dishwasher. I still havent received any call no apologies. Never Again, they also price higher and "pretend" to give you a discount. So make sure you know your prices before you buy!

    I bought a bed in the brick in the summer of 2016. First of all the mattress was damaged and had to be replaced so that took over a month. And the bedframe was not right and it's had two deliveries to get the right bedframe. I took the life warranty and in November 2016 my bed drawer broke. I'm posting this review in June 2017. I still don't have a replacement . I've had a lot of visits and a lot of phone calls and a lot of hassles but I still don't have the drawer. the brick is a mess - worst customer service now that they have my money - they don't care / the solution is not giving them your money. Never give them your money.

    I purchase about 8k of furniture with this company, and because of the amount, I got insurance that was said to cover pretty much anything from kids drawing on the furniture to wine stains. A few months later, the white leather dining room chairs I purchased are covered in blue because if anyone sits on them with jeans, it’s automatically rubs off onto the chairs and stains them. I called and wanted to get new chairs, so they took a look at my chairs and said they will not cover them under the insurance because it’s normal wear and tear and not the manufacturing’s fault. So you will cover wine stains and children’s drawings but not stains from jeans? Which really shouldn’t happen. Every person who sits on my chairs are horrified when they get up and see what they have done. I’ve owned a lot of white leather in my life and have never experienced an issue like this. Never shopping here again, and I strongly warn others not to get the warranty. They will lie about what is covered on it and then deny you when it happens.

    Just an update - it is now December 2017 and a full year after my drawer broke. The Brick sent a tech and he deemed it my fault after a year. Also the sagging mattress from the shoddy quality of my bed frame was judged not saggy enough. So after a year of trying to get service they have closed my case blamed it on me and weirdly ordered replacements for the drawers though they say it is my fault.Lesson learned - avoid the brick like the plague. they do not honor their insurance and they sell shabby furniture.

    I had called the brick later that night and explained this to a girl in customer service because it was no longer a manufacturers defect.. it was their delivery guy and mishandling our purchases. Again I was spoken to with attitude and told that it was not their problem and they cannot do anything about it. The problem should have been dealt with a month ago not today (keep in mind I was only told today by my neighbour). The girl on the phone then did not let me get a word in while explaining my frustration & hung up the phone on me. I will never again buy product or think about spending my money on such a poor store who has terrible customer service. I will not return ever.

    I have a new build home and of course needed appliances etc. We had purchased a beautiful TV from an employee there. Purchased December 30th 2017.. today January 16th 2018 it has stopped working and I have lines all over my screen (about 2 weeks old by the way) Today I went to 2 different locations because of this problem both locations saying they could not do anything about it and I had to call the manufacturers (Sony) to deal with it because it’s not their problem and they only have a 3 day policy. I was spoken to with attitude. While explaining this problem to my neighbour they had told me they remembered seeing the delivery guy mishandle our mattress and TV that was brought that day, the tv was dropped on its corner and then when in the house dragged on the floors. My neighbour and the painter who was their that day witnessed this. Not thinking anything of it because there was padding on the inside of the box etc.
