  Home Depot can't compare to the service and knowledge at any Home Hardware. Most Home Depot employees know absolutely nothing about what they sell and don't care about helping you either. Any Home Hardware I've been in actually care about trying to help you out. If they don't know the answer they will find it. Prices are comparable....watch for sales!

  I knew that Home Hardware is typically more expensive than Home Depot or Canadian Tire, but I decided to pick up a few things due to their location. I am very handy and I knew what I had to pick up to finish my project. The older male employee was very condescending and he felt it was appropriate to answer my question towards my brother. He wouldn't make eye contact with me even though I was the only one in the conversation. I'd prefer the respect from any other hardware store.

  Have always chosen home hardware over any other..always helpful. Always friendly.can't say enough about those stores.even on vacations I look for home H. And I absolutely love new store on funnelled and up.gage.great work staff !
