  Decent looking products, but VERY misleading. MOST of the "lower" priced items are actually Stirling Silver not real gold. Not impressed. Be very cautious and ask questions before you buy.

  recieved a ring from my boyfriend and he was told they could order it any size. Went back to get it resized and then was told I can't get the size I needed. Not happy with my first experience there.

  This review is well overdue. My experience at this specific location was amazing. After my wedding my husband and I went in to get his watch battery replaced and as we were waiting I looked around and saw a ring that I had previously fallen in love with but at a different location they made it more difficult for me to exchange my ring so I left it alone. When I saw it here I talked to Kaitlin Wishnevetski who was in at the time and she not only made me the happiest person ever after leaving but made the whole exchange process so easy!! I got not only an amazing deal but amazing service as well. I definitely did not expect to walk out with the ring I wanted but Kaitlin made it happen! Thank you for such a great experience.
