  I have a Mackage leather and down coat that I was hesitant to get dry cleaned because of a lot of places don't do leather. I tried this place 3 years ago and have always gone back. They do a great job and my coat looks new again whenever it gets dry cleaned here.

  I have been going to Gracious Cleaners for 10 years, and they consistently provide outstanding service. Items are always ready on time, and they've been able to remove stains that I thought were permanent. They've always treated me fairly. Without doubt they are the best dry cleaners I've ever dealt with. Would recommend them without hesitation.

  Amazing service!! Had a very limited Canada goose jacket I wanted dry cleaned but was nervous about going to a lot of cleaners. I’m Glad I went with gracious!! Owner was confident and assured me they would take good care of it.

  Until recently I was very satisfied with the service. However, having just emerged from a very unsatisfactory dispute resolution I am not at all happy with Gracious Cleaners. Two pairs of pants went in for cleaning and when returned to me both had substantially increased in size - one pair by 2 inches around the waist and hips and the second pair by one inch. I took them back to be steamed, hoping that they would revert to their original size. Unfortunately that did not happen. It was decided that they could go out for alteration after discussion with the owner who refused to accept any responsibility for the problem. They were taken in at a discounted rate and I was charged for this. There was never any apology and although the staff were courteous it was obvious that it was I the customer who was in the wrong. From other reviews this appears to be a repeat pattern of behaviour. Be aware that if there is a problem it will be the customer who is to blame.

  Simply outstanding. I have been a customer for years. I moved farther away four years ago and still make the trip to Gracious because of their service. They are extremely customer focused and attentive. They are very committed. I highly recommend them.
