  Looks dated on the outside but rooms were nice. Overnight concierge gave us attitude when asking for toiletries. Complimentary breakfast was decent.

  They did not allow early check in, which I can understand. However we mentioned everyone would be arriving at the same time for check in at 3 which was check in time. The hotel was not prepared for the rush of people with one person working the front desk, and some of the rooms were still not ready. This mix up ended up meaning we had to delay our wedding ceremony.

  We reserved this hotel for a group booking, they only allowed us 25 rooms at the time which we needed more. We were informed that if it was booked early they would bump us to more rooms, we did need more and booked quickly & when it came time for more rooms they would not allow us to book more, so we had to scramble for a new hotel.

  The location of the hotel is good and is located right off of the major road Centennial Pkwy. There is a mall very close by and many places to eat and drink. There is also and LCBO and Beer Store a short car ride away. The rooms are suprisingly nice for the price per night. Breakfast was included and was quite good with waffles, donuts, sausages, scrambled eggs, and hot beverages. Would definitely recommend, the staff you works there is very friendly as well

  Our contract stated we could have rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor, however they would not allow us anything on the 1st floor. This was a hassle due to agent grandparents staying in the hotel.

  The rooms were okay, the bathrooms could be cleaner. However they are ill equipped to book large groups.

  Good 'budget hotel' experience . Courteous service, clean room with coffee maker and accessible electrical outlets, decent bed, ancient a/c (noisy but works great). Good shower pressure. Good breakfast.
