  My rats have since passed and I now go here for cat food and some dog treats and accessories. A lot of items are overpriced compared to other pet stores who sell similar or the same products.

  Great staff! It has been pleasure installing our surveillance system at this location. During the installation we met staff and owners, and truly its clear the amount of passion they have for all pets. Big regards to all staff and management.

  Sold me a bunny who suffers from splayed leg, a condition that basically makes some of its legs useless, the bunny i got is bad enough that he can't even clean himself. also in the past i used to get feeder rats from here, until i got a bag of frozen mice that looked like han solo after the carbonite bath, turns out they throw them in the freezer alive overnight to kill them. place needs a serious investigation. DO NOT GO HERE.

  The store is clean and sometimes they have some good deals. I got a raincoat for my dog for $2 and it was regularly $20, which was an amazing deal. I also like their mugs and picture frames they sell, they make great gifts for pet lovers and for spoiling yourself. Not a very big store so selection is lacking compared to most pet valus which are basically the same company.

  Some of the staff is very friendly. I am not a fan of them still selling rodents as I bought a couple rats about ten years ago and turned out they had mites and a respitory condition. Pine and cedar bedding has been linked to respitory issues and yet they still use it.
