  Erik Smith came to the house to fix a clogged toilet. The service was practically perfect - he was on time, polite, personable, and he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He then went above the call of duty by responding to my request to explain some of the basics of plumbing and to provide advice on how to prevent future problems. Like one of the previous reviews, I was planning on going with a competitor, but they were booked. However, from now on we'll call Roto Rooter instead of that competitor and I will specifically ask for Erik.

  Great service. Saturday night call. There was a premium, but they were up front about their rate. Whereas the other guys had hidden travel fees etc.

  He was quick to get to work and identified the issue as being a possible "sludge" block by the way it felt. He worked away at the problem with patience and professionism keeping me informed as to what he was doing and why the whole time. He assured me he wasent leaving until the drain was cleared all the way and could see that with his camera.

  I had one of those most unfortunate incidents when a clogged pipe decided to regurgitate human waste into my basement. It was Mr. Andrew Eaton to the rescue. Very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Job well done and done quickly...which was immensely appreciated.

  Awesome service! So many issues as I moved into a home that was used as a rental for five years! Andrew to the rescue. Andrew worked hard to fix the problems and offered advice for several issues. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter on Millen Rd in Stoney Creek. From the office staff to the service staff - friendly, efficient and reasonable!
