  Service is severely lacking, the place was basically empty when I came in to buy a couple of pairs of shoes, i looked at some shoes and no one asked if I was looking for anything or if I wanted to try anything on, after about 10-15 minutes of that I asked the male sales rep to try on a couple pairs and he was helpful and friendly. Since I arrived there appeared to be 3 female sales reps chatting behind the cash and one other one actually working with customers at the register. I understand one might have been on break but to see that while I'm waiting around to spend my money on products they are paid to sell is disappointing to say the least. Despite this I like the products and spent ~$300. If I come into your store I am there to spend money, or at the very least I'm considering it, your job is to assist customers and help them find what they need to buy from your store, especially during the busiest times of the year.
