  I was happy to deal with the salesman since he was polite to me and helped me choose two pairs of shoes. They had a bunch of European shoes with European sizes and I found my size after a few trials.

  Poor, dismissive customer service and disappointing return policy. Refused a return after just wearing shoes in the store. I will not be shopping here again.

  Dealt with the same Gentleman in Dec. of '16 and just recently in July of '17. He was of great help and no pushy sales tactics. Love selection and some good deals to be had.

  The shoes are not the best though, one pair has consistently coloured my socks a permanent blue that can't be washed away. It is as if they used a blue dye instead of glue in making this shoe. I don't see myself going back there often.

  worst customer service. we had $25 coupon from them with our earlier purchase which was valid between the dates of june 5th to july 1. when we tried to use that coupon on june 8th, they said we can not take that coupon as we are not taking promotional coupons anymore. Girl there does'nt care about their çustomer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
