  Just planned a trip with 5 other friends from high school. We're in three different cities and 2 provinces. Not easy to coordinate, and Shehzad Kamal from Selloff Vacations and Roma from AC were rock stars. Thanks for getting us all sorted!!

  Mike Pratt has been our travel agent for a few years now. In 2015 he helped my husband and I plan a PERFECT honeymoon in Jamaica. Again, in 2016 he helped me book a trip to Mexico with my mother and we were blown away by the resort he picked for us (had a lazy river) and now I am currently talking with Mike to book a trip for a bunch of my friends to head to another resort in Mexico. I wouldn't trust anyone but Mike with any of my travel needs. He is extremely helpful, honest and reliable. He always makes sure that our requests are met and any concerns are addressed. HIGHLY recommend Mike!

  The Casa Marina hotel in Sosua DR has been upgraded since my visit last year and is heading from a 3 star to a 4 star. Main cafeteria and 1/2 of the 400 rooms have been upgraded. Food was quite good especially the fresh local fruits and vegetables. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was most helpful at the hotel as well as the staff at Hamilton Sell Off. Most of the staff and Managers know me since I am a repeat client for the past 15 years. I speak fluent Spanish which helps and all of the managers speak English and most of the staff have very limited English.

  Went into this office to book a destination wedding, spoke to travel agent Mr. Pratt, he was great, gave great information, went into great detail, really sold us on a few resorts.... BUT when it came to following up.... I waited and waited for an email or call... nothing.. than I emailed, got nothing back, than I called, he answer, said sorry, said he just got the quotes, and just got my email, told me he would email the next day with the quotes .... AND YET AGAIN I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! THANKS ALOT MR PRATT, you did nothing!

  Booking agent was helpful, however we there was an error with the booking departure airport. Realized only after 12 hours, called back and they were able to adjust accordingly. Overall good experience.
