  Great experience with Judy Donaldson. She followed up with me to ensure that I received what she sent and asked if there was anything I wanted to change. One of the best customer service people I have worked with. Will definitely keep calling her for all of my trips from now on! A pleasure to deal with and so knowledgeable.

  I booked our vacation with Jenn Black and it was so easy and seamless. What I particularly liked was our information had been saved from previous bookings so I did not have to repeat information re my husband and our travelling buddies. The best part is speaking to an agent who has actually been to resorts. That is important to me & I was told the resort we had picked was great, a top seller and I know we made another good choice. Thanks Jenn Black!!

  Robyn Murray @ tripcentral is just the best. I've just booked another trip to Cuba with her assistance. My first trip should have been in Sept. '17, but due to the hurricane, everything was cancelled. She was prompt in notifying us & answering any questions regarding refunds and when we would be able to re-book. November was the new date & she even managed to get better rooms for us. Now, I've called (Feb) & she's arranged another Cuban get-away for us on short notice. No doubt about it, Robyn goes that extra mile.

  This is my second booking through trip central and I have to say the best one yet. Sara was extremely helpful with finding me a package that had all I asked for within my budget. She was great with answering any questions I have and even after booking called me to explain a free things more thoroughly. Loved not having to figure it all out on my own. Trip is in 25 days. Can’t. Wait.

  I highly recommend that you request Sally Sloane when booking your vacation. Our experience with her was wonderful! Very professional and sent us lots of helpful emails following our booking.
