All staff are very friendly. Our two pups don't seem to mind being there once through the door. Because I can't talk to my pets after about how it went, there's a need to trust your vet in the services they provide. Dr. Apollo¿? And staff have never given a reason to not believe the services and care they provide to my pets is anything but top notch! Daisy and Yoshi say Thanks!!

I first called the vet to inquire about a pet rat. I was told on the phone that they do surgery on them. However, the vet himself said they don't do surgical procedures on domestic rats because their lifespan is only a meagre 2-3 years(mine was a year old). The next day I brought in my cat for the so called all inclusive $110 package..Apparently this includes annual vaccinations, wellness exam, complimentary nail clippings, fecal testing and finally ear cleaning..Note that when I set up the appointment for the cat I was told they were able to deal with a potential adverse cat and that the aforementioned really was included in the quoted price. The vet did see the cat but did not in any fashion examine the animal whatsoever..Her nails were not trimmed and her ears were not cleaned. The so called poop test was apparently done and the results were favourable. However because of the demeanor of the cat they were unable to perform any of the other"extras"and indeed tried to sell me some kind of spray which apparently calms the cat enough so they can perform what's expected.i declined the product..When I got home and examined the receipt I noticed the lot and batch for the vaccines expired in September, 2017.When I called for an explanation I was told they do not give expired vaccines to animals and that it was a computer mishap..This animal hospital is in my opinion very sloppy and disorganized and very contradictory in terms of the information given and services provided.Would definitely not recommend this business to anyone!! BEWARE!! Jan.5,. 2018, in the owner's response to my review there is nothing contained therein that changes my position..In fact I would add that I received nothing in the mail as promised from the clinic pertaining to the vaccination certificate..Also they claim the vaccine given to my cat was not expired yet I have a certificate from them indicating otherwise?? Where is the copy that was supposedly mailed on the 18 of December 2017??? And my cat was aggressive because of the manner in which they were handling her and that's why they were unable to trim her nails and do the ear cleaning?? Yet they were apparently able to give the vaccinations to her!!! 2 shots!!! Give me a break Fruitland veterinary hospital, I will never return to your pathetic business and will spread the word around about you!! And when I'm asking the vet a question about my cat don't direct me to the person who gave me the false and contradictory information as it makes all of you there look like fools!!

They did a fine job of neutering our cat Puma (Sam). There is a very caring attitude by the staff for all pets who were brought in the day we were there. The clinic is clean and staff are organized. Thank you - all seems well with Sam.

Our cat has been there several times because she has become prone to some Allergies. We used to go to a different vet. We like going here now as the staff and the doctor know our pet but mainly because they are very knowledgeable. Also the two furry friends they have in the waiting room are an added bonus my fiance loves hanging out with them.

Dr. Apollo and his associate (can’t remember his name) are amazing! They are attentive and caring, even when my cats are being jerks. Dr. Apollo helped figure out what was wrong with my cat after she started losing weight and refused to eat (dentistry) and helped me find the right food for her sensitive digestive system. Both vets are very careful to take measured steps in diagnostic tests and not overcharge.
