    Not impressed with this place and I've been a customer for 25 years since this one opened. Their hours are complete garbage (if you work for a living) and they don't seem to be interested in holding on to you as a customer with their excessive fees. Try elsewhere.

    Worst branch ever! I am a business owner, been a client here for 10years and they always hold checks on me, even certified checks. As a business owner this is not acceptable as I need payment asap. I can see holding checks if I was new a client but I am not and it’s getting harder and harder to access my funds. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh yeah, they never answer the phone and have the worst customer services hands down.

    I can see why this branch has a poor google rating. My wife and I have been customers of scotiabank for over 10 years. And whenever you go here to cash a cheque they refuse or hold it. Odd considering if we go to any other branch we never have a problem. We even have an account that allows us to cash cheques without a hold. I would rate this branch a 0 if that was an option. But unfortunately it is not. The branch Manager needs to be fired and and the staff needs to be trained by a proper professional Manager. P.s. we just went to another branch and they cashed the cheque for us without a problem.
