  horrible service by this company. I rented a car for a few days while my car was at the mechanic, and when my father returned the car, he forgot to remove a few other things from the car. This rental company did not even check the car inside once it was returned and immediately rented it out to another customer. I have called many times to inquire about my things and the company did not even offer to drop my belongings back to my house. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. I still do not have my things with me, and will never be going back to this company again. Horrible customer service, it is literally common sense to check a car you rented out to people once they return it to you.

  I am so upset about everything this company has put me through I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I would give them a zero stars.

  Beware. They will charge a $250 drop off fee or a special services fee. They do not tell you they are charging this but it will be on your invoice and your insurance company does not necessarily cover it. They will pay towing drivers for the referral. Just be careful I Do Not Recommend.

  Was in a accident torq rental recommend from tow driver awful experience it had no gas and no windshield washer fluid. The windshield was very dirty I tried to clean it and it would just smudge. I called to see if I could get out of the car and go to a rental my insurance suggested, they said it would be $250.00 I don’t understand there should be no contract. I then called back 5 days later to switch the car they had no more cars left in that class. On top of everything they charged my credit card $474.53.
