  Great staff. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. The rental car was there waiting for me when I dropped off my car, and they also took cate of it on return. The entire process was smooth and efficient. My car looked perfect and it was all washed and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. Highly recommended!

  I had body work done on a new car and the result was absolutely immaculate! The staff was polite and professional. My only complaint is that I was initially told (during the appraisal) that it would be "a week, anyway." Then at the time of drop off, I was told 12 days, but ultimately it took 17 days. They had to wait a few days for a couple of brackets. Felt like a long time, in a rental (provided by my insurance company) that was messing up my back . I guess I would give them a 4 1/2, if that was an option, but I would say that everything else about my experience exceeded my expectations. The car was actually 2 winter months old, and came back as clean as the day I bought it (inside and out!) Thanks for a great job!

  The staff who work here were all very kind and knowledgeable. This was my first time having to submit a claim for car auto body work and they made the process seamless and so easy. I received my car back all shiny and clean inside and out. I couldnt be happier with the results!! Would recommend to anyone who needs anything done because I trust them. :)

  I took my brand new vehicle in for a repair for a hit and run in a parking lot. The staff were professional and courteous and my car was ready when promised. When I picked up my car it was cleaned and I was so happy with the workmanship and the reasonable price for the repair. I will certainly recommend Dundas Valley Collision for these reasons.
