  I'll start by saying that I did not end up purchasing my vehicle (2018 Subaru Forester) from Subaru of Hamilton. But this has in nothing to do with my experience negotiating with the dealership, and in particular Alex, the sales manager. Ultimately, I went with my local Subaru dealer who had an offer similar to what Alex had offered.

  Great experience at Hamilton Subaru. Recently picked up a 2018 forester and am so pleased with the vehicle! Ash was an amazing sales consultant. Really took his time ensuring we were completely satisfied, even stayed 1.5hr past closing to help us. Great team, looking forward to returning for maintenance care.

  Our experience of buying the Subaru Forester (2018) from Subaru of Hamilton was exceptional. Thanks to Ash Ahmed (Sales & Leasing Consultant), who understood our needs. Ash is a professional Sales man and provides a great Customer Service that is above and beyond. These qualities of Ash led me to introduce him to a friend of ours, who eventually bought Subaru Legacy. I highly appreciated Ash's courtesy call today as well . Laura (Financial Services Manager) did a great job of explaining us about warranty options. Keep it up.

  Two things. If you know exactly the make, model, trim and colour of your vehicle, and have done your homework in terms of pricing and suggest a fair offer, then negotiating with great sales managers like Alex is much simpler and easier. Secondly, throughout the whole process--about a week's worth of negotiations back and forth via email--Alex was patient, receptive, and accommodating. What also struck me was how enthusiastic he was about "earning my business," which was refreshing. If I lived in Hamilton, I would have definitely bought my vehicle from Alex.

  I recently purchased a new 2018 Impreza. It should go without saying that the car is great. What really impressed me was the staff at Subaru Hamilton. I had a limited time frame to get into a new car. Ash Ahmed was a great salesman. His thorough PK helped me sort through all the options and he was honest about the times frames different models could be delivered in. Ash listened to what I was looking for in a car, and steered me in the right direction. Laura in accounting took the time to clearly explain all the warranty options. Both Ash and Laura followed up with me after the the first night I came into the dealership. If you have any interest in a new or used Subaru, I highly recommend stopping in at Subaru Hamilton, ask for Ash.
