  Terrible service, the guys change room is always closed and says to go to the girls side to try on clothes because they are to lazy to occupy both sides, I asked a question about pricing and was given attitude, to bad because the clothes and prices are decent

  Great finds in this H&M. Must check the kids section. Good choice for clothes for kids.

  One time my friend and I went to H&M and we were just looking around. I guess it was the manager, who ended up FOLLOWING us every step of the way as if we were stealing. My front confronted her on the fact after the manager asked us what we were looking for. After trying to talk to the lady she then kicked us out... that was a horrible experience

  Other than that I have been there and had a decent shopping experience.

  Like the merchandise but when I try to shop with my son in his wheelchair it is very difficult because the racks are so close together I cannot navigate the store with his chair. This usually results in a poor shopping experiemce. Have mentioned it but it seems to go no where.
