  My family doctor works here. Dr Patel is very nice and I feel my healthcare needs are being well looked after. It’s great to have the walk-in available too. Best of both worlds.

  My family doctor (Patel) also works in the walk in clinic on certain days and hours and he is incredible!! . Ashraf is also wonderful and very helpful and the wait times are minimal!

  Almost no waiting time ! Doctors are very helpful ! If you can't see your doctor there is a walk in clinic with minimal waiting time. Overall very convenient .

  But the reason for the 2.5 stars is due to the nurses. They have to be some of the most unprofessional and rude bunch I've ever had to encounter in a healthcare facility. Whether it is on the phone or in person, I have never had an experience where I didn't recieve an undeserving, mind blowing attitude towards me and other people. I can't stand to make appointments there anymore because they constantly mess them up and then blame me even though I had the appointment cards, they shift the blame towards eachother but never do anything to help resolve the issue .Taking time off work to go in, and then have to wait 10+ days for another rescheduled appointment due to their inability to do their job or take ownership for their mistakes is ridiculous. I have gotten names before and when I tried to complain they said no one works there by that name..so they have been looking out for each other and using fake names on the phone. (which is why I see my family doctor only in the walk in now so I can keep the middle man stuff to a minimum) How they have kept their jobs when not only are they NOT good at them but they cant even offer a smile , a welcome etc. is truly beyond me and if I didn't absolutely love the doctors themselves, I and I'm sure many others, would have been long gone!!

  Good doctors (5 stars). HORRIBLE reception staff (1 star). They are always so miserable! Talk about grumpy people. And always be prepared to hold even if they are not busy. I watched two of them chat about a personal matter while the phone was ringing next to them.
