  When we called them they had us try a few things first, to see if they could save us the trouble of a repair visit/bill! When that wasn't the case and we called back, Hank himself as able to be here within 20 minutes of that! As someone else noted, you can't even get pizza delivered that quickly.

  when we had a problem with our breaker panel, the technician peter showed up within 20 minutes and had it fixed in no time, you can't even get a pizza delivered that fast. we will definitely be using hanks again!
