  I hired Mark this past summer to finish my basement. I was very pleased with his workmanship and his ability to problem solve. He paid attention to detail and worked very closely with me to make my dream come true. Thank you Mark I will be calling you to remodel my kitchen.. Great job keep up the good work.   I hired Mark last November to install laminate flooring. Mark recommended that I could save money on the installation by re-using the carpet under padding, which given he is the expert, I took his advise, but HORRIBLE advise!!! The floors have been lifting and I've been trying since November to get him back to fix his mistake. He provides you with a 3 year warranty on his craftsmanship, yet doesn't follow through to fix his mistake. I keep getting excuses on why he can't come and fix it and even tried to pass the problem off as quality of the product. Because he's not coming to fix his mistake and to prevent any further damage, I'm having to hire another company to fix his mistake which is costing me more money! See you in small claims court Mark!
