    Longo's was perfect like always. Eric in customer service was AMAZING like always. Your grocery store is the best. I travel 25 minutes to get there. But we'll worth the drive. Your staff is always so helpful and happy. I love longo's.

    It is a great store , can find a wide variety of prepared food for a quick dinner or great selection of meat or poultry or fish. The produce is always fresh.

    Love this store. Tons of organic and gluten free products. Healthier options and prices are fair. Store staff is cheerful and welcoming. Ancaster needed a store like this. Thanks Longos. Keep adding more gluten free, dairy free and organic options.

    Love the produce section and different offerings of items from other grocery stores. Their containers of lettuce, greens and spinach are always fresh. Trying the grass fed beef this weekend from Saskatchewan. Keep it up and you will continue to have my business.

    The staff is not always helpful, out of the handful of times I’ve been ONE staff was pleasant. At the hot counter I had to wait to be served for over 10 minutes with three very available staff sitting behind the counter. I don’t mind waiting if they are busy or a line but there wasn’t. I’d more likely go out of my way to Fortinos than go back.
