  Our company has bought at least $2000.00 worth of materials from this store. Every single time I have the lady check me out, she refuses to smile or say thank you or any complimentary or positive words of exchange when I am the one contributing to her revenue. Always looks like she has a bad attitude or just simply does not like males. The lot is super tight, parking is a burden, and having to drive to the warehouse is a nightmare. The wood from this location is in terrible condition. If it wasn't local, I would have NEVER went. You bring in $2,000,000 in gross, and you can't give us a smile..

  Pretty useless, people and place. I find it hard to believe these people work in a hardware store. I had to explain to them what a 1/4-20 machine screw was over the phone, and then they told me they didn't have it. I decided to swing in anyway and found them about 10 steps from the front counter.

  I like Arrudas. Mostly I like having a neighbourhood building supply place. Sure, the staff aren't very customer service oriented. Doesn't bother me.

  I've bin going to arrudas for about 8yrs now , love the customer service , they will help you find what you need to fix anything that has to be repaired at home and they will explain to you how it works do you want something to do explain to you how to install it , I definitely recommend arrudas hardware to anyone doing a home project ,

  On other occasions, they haven't had very basic items you would expect to find in a hardware store.
