Some of the worst customer service ever. Asked an employee where I could find an item, apparently we were bothering him as he begrudgently waved in the general direction of where we should go. Then when we approached the cashier to pay for our purchases & ask if we could get 10 sheets of drywall we were told to grab a cart and get it ourselves. After staring at him in disbelief, the cashier offered to call an associate to help me load a cart - who incidentally never showed up. However, a gaggle of associates could be seen conversing & joking around huddled in the front of the store only 10 feet away but were apparantly blind & were unable to see us struggling to load these sheets of drywall. I went there because I was given a giftcard - will not be in a hurry to return...

We were very please with our kitchen project. CAD staff were excellent, from the person scheduling job to the contractors who completed the job in two days. We have a character kitchen, and wanted to keep it's unique look. The team worked with us to achieve our dream kitchen. It was on time and on budget. A special thanks to Sharon in the Hamilton office who goes above and beyond for the client. Also mention that it was a Home Depot staff member who suggested the refacing option, that was perfect for us

In August I had Home Depot come to my condo for a measure of shutters. I placed the order with instructions of how I wanted my shutters. I’m in a condo and needed to accommodate air conditioner units. I was quoted and went ahead with the paper work. I was then told that the installer would come and do a Remeasure to make sure everything was accurate. The installer never contacted me for weeks and I had to follow up with Home Depot who told me the installer called and got the wrong number. This should have been the first sign of trouble as Home Depot who originally called me to set up the first measure appointment never gave him the correct number as they gave him the wrong number in the first place. So after the first measure and the second from Home Depot, both told me the price quoted was correct for what I wanted. Weeks later, on September 30, I get a call telling me I have to pay more now. Over a month later is when I get this call. I declined to pay more and was told that they couldn’t do my customization I originally asked and was quoted for. So I went with a basic version as I needed this to get done as I am listing my condo for sale. It is now November 9th and my shutters still have not arrived from the manufacturer and until they do I can’t book an install date. We are well past the 4-6 weeks I was told in my first measure. I have had to call for updates and no one gives me an answer. In my next house I will definitely not go through Home Depot as they have poor customer service in follow ups and don’t seem to care about delivering quality service.

Not too busy and staff was quick to assist when I wanted more information about some items (kitchen faucets). They even unboxed a new one to ensure it was to my satisfaction before purchasing.

Employees need to be more friendly. Today we had interaction with 3 different employees who all seemed grumpy. This happens frequently at this store. The mountain store is always a pleasant experience shopping. Centennial Parkway could really aspire to be more like them.
