  I purchased a band saw through Weeks many moons ago and, as with all mechanical things, it broke. Broke a trunnion, to be exact. I searched high and low for a US dealer who would help (Delta won't ship to Canada, and the part is discontinued and unavailable in Canada - sigh). I contacted Weeks, and they problem solved a solution for me, ordered an equivalent part (sourced from same manufacturer) and, 24 hours later, my bandsaw is humming along. Outstanding, helpful service and a great price. I could not be more pleased. I've been a customer of Weeks for some time despite living some distance away, and this experience goes to show it's definitely worth the drive to Waterdown.

  Tracy & Tracy at the paint department are truly AMAZING people--so helpful & knowledgeable. They provide warm, kind & even comical customer interactions when faced with adverse old paint can shenanigans.

  They've got a great selection and will refer if they don't have it. There are a couple curmudgeons to have fun avoiding as well.

  Great staff they take the time to listen and figure out what you need unfortunately it's hard to compete with the prices of a big box store so if you know what you need you're usually going to go to them instead

  From power tools to kitchenware, this place has it all, albeit at prices above other retailers. Service is spotty; none of the checkouts were open when I was there. I had to wait a couple of minutes for an employee to show up and ring up my purchase. Parking is ample.
