  So not impressed!! Customer service industry is self-spoken, no? I stood inside Pandora with my boyfriend for 15 minutes, and even put my hand up as if in a classroom!!! And still no help from any of the employees, three of which were at their desk speaking to eachother. I stormed out. I went hesitated going back today, but did in hopes of getting a charm for Christmas, but was given no sort of information or convenience about the charm I wanted, all that was said was that "it's in a box, come back later this week". BRUTAL!! I will never come back to this location again. I loved Pandora.... these employees are ridiculous.... this NEEDS to be addressed. Have you not seen your reviews????

  My boyfriend bought me a bracelet for Christmas and told him I could exchange it if it didn’t fit. I went back to exchange it and she said they didn’t have the size. She was not helpful at all. So I asked if she could order it in for me. She said no. I then asked if she knew when they would be coming in again, she said she had no clue. I then asked what else I could do.. she said I could basically keep coming around the store in hopes they that have it in stock soon or I can go to Oakville or Niagara Falls and see if they have it there.. because Mapleview doesn’t do exchanges... I don’t see it being fair how I would have to go out of my way. I guess she could have offered me a different bracelet but she didn’t even do that. Over all she was the least bit helpful.

  It was closed! Sign says closed for maintenance, but all jewelry and stock was gone. The store is closed.

  I really wish I could give this zero stars. Rudest people I've ever met. Saw no line outside or anyone at the door, so I walked inside. Not five minutes later I was approached by one of employees and was asked why I was in their store and I should be waiting outside. When I was allowed in the store I had to wait 30 minutes until I was helped, even then I was treated like I was wasting the sales persons time. In the end I didn't buy anything because every I wanted was sold out.

  They are rude and dont help much. They couldn’t find my repair and had to call me back. They got back to me 3 weeks later. I prefer to shop anywhere but here
