  The hotel was expensive compared to some, but you get what you pay for! Very helpful and courteous staff, clean rooms, a great fitness room and a nice pool for a cool-down after a workout (and a very CLEAN pool at that!) made for a wonderful stay (combined with an AMAZING wedding pulled off by the event staff in the other building!).

  I recently stayed here and loved it! The rooms are beautiful with great amenities. We had dinner in BACI and service was excellent as well as the food. The staff were helpful and very personable. I cannot wait to come back!

  Hotel, room; clean and every thing worked properly. Check in and out service very smooth. Location to Hamilton airport easy. Price was good.

  This hotel has modern decor and decent amenities but is missing a continental breakfast included for the price per night. This is a small hotel with only 52 rooms but it has three conference rooms for events like weddings etc...it is very noisy at night because you can hear the music thumping through the entire hotel until the wedding is over at midnight or later. When I called the front desk to politely discuss the noise concern I was told there was nothing they could do about it and that it would be over by midnight. Our young children could not sleep until after midnight and we had to be at our own event by 8:00am the next day. The hotel seems to cater to those attending conferences/weddings more than hotel patrons. Upon arriving there was a construction worker conference and they were loitering outside the main hotel entrance smoking and cussing as we tried to enter with young children...every time we entered or exited this hotel there were people smoking and throwing their butts on the ground If this so-called “premier” hotel. It is way over-priced for the way the hotel patrons are treated compared to event goers. Parking is also challenging because of the events that are constantly happening (no separate hotel parking). Also, I asked for a one hour extension on check out and was told that it would an additional $20 to stay until noon. I have never been charged for late check out before at other similar hotels. Will definetly not return to this hotel.

  On site restraint was disappointing. It caters to fancy food and the menu lacks simple, basic food entries. Restraint service and staff all very fine.

  The hotel was amazing. The staff as soon as you walk in are friendly and energetic and it stays that way throughout your stay. The Internet was fast and easy to navigate. The room was spotless and the people who clean them are fantastic to talk to if you stay more then one night. The are a ton of food options for you to order from if you don't want to dine in the restaurant and the bed was super comfortable. I loved my 2 night stay there and would gladly return.
