  Nice room. Clean & fresh. As advertised.

  Biggest complaint was the noise. The room adjoined to ours by a locked door was thinking, and had a gap at the top and bottom. I'm not sure what the people in the other room were doing, but they were loud, and not talking. I also heard loud talking coming from somewhere at like 4am or 5am, though this time not from the adjoined room.

  Besides that, it would have been well worth the money. And the staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

  This place is a really nice hotel right in the centre of the downtown. Large rooms, nice lobby, stunningly large pool and hot tub. Pool actually hits 8ft deep and is kept warm which is rare in hotel pools I find.

  I stayed in a king suite. The jacuzzi tub was very nice and relaxing. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to many differentry events located in Hamilton. The staff was very friendly and could answer any questions that I had. I had to pay separate for parking but the doors close at night so it seemed pretty secure. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend staying here for anyone in the area.

  Stayed here for a week and it was almost deserted. The cards didn't work at first. Aside from that, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities didn't have problems. Had to call the front desk to fill in missing information: where the ice machines are, where the complimentary breakfast was, etc. Overall it was a comfortable experience.
