  The location was great as there were a lot of hip and great restaurants to eat at. We booked a Deluxe King Room (corner room) which was quite spacious but a tad outdated in terms of decor. However, the room walls were paper thin as the room across from us must have been having a party as all we heard all night was banging of doors, telling, stomping and running down the hallways until about 3:30am... the walls were so thin that you could practically hear the conversations going on in the other room as if you were there with them. Needless to say, it was a sleepless night with all the noise and commotion, and not to mention the super flat down pillows... which is night very helpful when you have a conference at 8:30am.

  Rooms are great, establishment is connected directly with Jackson Square so it is very good for exploring. Our room did not come with a fridge which caught us by surprise but other than that everything was great. It has a gym and pool and a club lounge for club members.

  The staff here are really nice. Check in was very smooth and was offered complimentary late check out at the beginning. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were nice. Would stay here again!

  The room was beautiful and very clean, and had a lot of convenient features like a large desk and plenty of power outlets. The location was also really good, we only had to walk a few minutes to get to the show we were there to see. Bonus points for the liquor store in the basement ;)

  Very nice hotel. Excellent staff! Super clean. Only negative was our room didn't have a mini fridge.
