The staff and service is always superb! We never have to ask for refills, and our dirty dishes are always taken away before we return to our table.

Annual birthday tradition to celebrate 2 Christmas Eve Babies. On time with our reservation. Good selection of foods. Very delicious!

If you chose the Mandarin for lunch or dinner, making a reservation is the best way to go as sometimes, the wait can be hours. Also, keep in mind, meals during the weekend do cost more than those during the weekdays.

We always love Mandarin restaurants! There is a large selection of various cultural dishes. The steam table always offers hot, fresh food. The salad bar has fresh ingredients with numerous dressings and toppings. The bread table is home to fluffy and fresh rolls, crescents, and bread loaves in whole wheat and white selections. The dessert buffet always has many yummy treats such as fruit, cakes, icecream, tarts, jell-o etc. The cocktail and beer menu is also satisfying, with something for everyone.

Not traditional real Chinese food, more Americanized. Presentation at front door is beautiful, but, doesn't make it seem like a restaurant. Many food choices. Signage is helpful. They will ask if you want the house wine. Best to check what they offer and the price associated with it. Mine choice was $6 whereas the house wine they were offering was $8. Coffee at end was served once and never offered again. At the end we were given pink peppermint candies and a smile from the hostess. I will only go back there again on someone else's invite. Not my first choice Restaurant

If you're looking for a quiet night out, I would not recommend the Mandarin. The food and service is wonderful, but it is always extremely busy.

Non-service two times in a row within days of each other. I came with my mother in the mid-afternoon and was turned away because they were going to "reopen at 4pm", even though there were seats showing up on the monitor, and we wouldn't have been there that long. Then, on Tuesday at noon, we were again turned and told it would be 1 pm, even though through the monitor, you could see there were plenty of seats available, and there was only one larger party ahead of us, in an otherwise not overly business restaurant. To turn people away at lunch on a slow day? I don't mind waiting, but this pattern was rude and peculiar. Their food was very good, but the service lately has been very horrible.

Always enjoy the Mandarin. Plenty of selection, eat at your own pace, hot and ready as soon as you are seated. Staff is always very attentive and friendly. Dirty plates are removed immediately and drinks or refills are always at the table by the time you come back from refilling your plate. All size of parties are accommodated. Can't go wrong here especially if you are hungry. Well stocked salad bar, soups and buns available. Lots of mains to choose from. Plenty of options for dessert. Very kid friendly, lots of parking and seating. Great concept how do you not go here.
