  I have been receiving Physiotherapy treatment for arthritis in both my knees for the past few weeks and I’ve been very happy with my experience. I have found my treatment to be very thorough and I have already seen great improvement in my range of motion and the amount of pain I am experiencing. Mackenzie and Jonathan are very passionate about their work and show concern for my condition throughout each treatment. The staff is very friendly, professional and the office is always clean and calm. I recommend this clinic.

  First of all the clinic was very open, inviting and "non-clinical." People were having therapy and doing their therapy exercises in a very warm, friendly, unintimidating environment. Jennifer, at the reception desk was awesome right off the bat and made the administration and paperwork so easy. Then, my assessment of my issue was with Mackenzie - another wonderful person. It was like chatting with your sister - a very smart sister. She was thorough and wanted to make sure the regimen was taylored to your specific need, not just a cookie cutter treatment. This was also evident as I did certain exercises, she would modify it if I was experiencing "wrong" pain in that it should be helping the issue heal/get stronger and not make it worse. Also on the team, was Jordan who was also making sure I was doing things correctly as well as doing the therapy. A heck of a nice guy. And, during my times at the clinic, there would be friendly banter back and forth among therapists and clients. So, it really made it a positive experience. I'm really glad my shoulder is better, but I am going to miss the weekly visits to the clinic. I first went because I was in pain and not able to function properly. But, in the end, it was like going to your favourite hang out with friends. My thanks to all of you. You are wonderful, warm, funny and very smart people!
