  Apparently the store no longer exists, but remains listed as if they do? Not ideal for anyone driving there! I just got transferred to another store, and they have an answering machine on? Horrible service if you need an answer now.

  The two ladies are very disrespectful, I walked in and was immediately made to feel very uncomfortable. I'm a happy person by nature in the customer service business myself. After being glared at with a serveaely nasty face I was then ignored as the two ladies continued their conversations. I was the only one in line!! Once they decided to finish their conversation and asked me if I needed anything, I couldn't help myself but leave after she looked down her nose at me. Just an awful feeling. I needed a membership and travel insurance for an upcoming trip. Had they been even human I would have most likely purchased new luggage as well. 0 stars.

  We booked a Disney vacation through this location and found we had to do most of the work ourselves. The agent told us free dining was not available but that she would keep checking for us just in case. We checked ourselves after booking and found free dining WAS available, and it took three calls to the agent before she bothered to respond and make the required changes. Finally, after being told she would call us as soon as our documents arrived (Magical Express tickets, etc.), we discovered a week before our trip, after repeated calls, that our agent had left on vacation and our documents had been sitting in filing cabinet for three weeks. Will absolutely not be using CAA for travel bookings in the future.

  The store is actually located at 75 Centennial Parkway. It's in the eastgate square plaza to the right of the shoppers drug mart.. You can't miss the sign of you're looking for it.
